This painting comes from my own experience of a trip to Phi Phi Island in 2012. I still remember the feeling of sitting on a long-tail boat in the warm weather, beneath a beautiful blue sky, surrounded by the shimmering blue ocean. Years later, that memory still feels alive, and painting this scene allows me to return to that peaceful moment once again.
